My Tips for Everyday Survival

I've recently written a chapter in the book, You Will Overcome. In my chapter, I list several tips that will help you get through each day when you're struggling.

Here is a sampling of my tips:

1. No matter what, keep moving forward. Take one problem at a
time and conquer it. Don’t overwhelm yourself.
2. Always dress up as if you’re going to a party. If you look good,
you feel good.
3. If you have to cry, do it and get it over with. Then enjoy the day.

    Thanks for the question. I believe postive attitude comes within. It's tough at times. I try not to think about my health challenges so much. I try to start my day with a smile in my voice and surrounding myself with family and friends.

    Fell upon this randomly, and I only have one comment about staying positive when facing a disease... it is impossible for disease to live in a body with a healthy emotional state.
